Rule 3-3 Doubt as to Procedure

There is a change to Rule 3-3 which states that no matter what the circumstances, if a player plays two balls because she does not know the correct procedure, she must report the facts of the situation to the committee before returning the score card. Failure to do so will result in disqualification even if the score of both balls is the same.
