ELIGIBILITY

Tournaments are open to amateur golfers:

A. Who were females at birth.

B. Who are AWGA members in good standing for at least 30 days prior to the first day of the
tournament.

C. Who are 14 years of age or older. If between the ages of 14 and 17, they must have a handicap
index of 12.0 or less

D. Who have an AZHN issued handicap index.

E. Who have an AZHN issued handicap index no greater than a 30.0, with the exception of the 18
Hole State Medallion Club Team Tournament and the Seniors Championship where the maximum
handicap index will be a 40.4. The 9 Hole State Medallion Club Team Tournament shall be no
greater than a 20.2 index. For Mixed Stix, the men shall have no more than a 24.0 index and the
women no more than a 30.0 index. The handicap index in effect five (5) business days prior to the
tournament shall be used throughout the tournament.

F. In team events where a maximum 8-stroke course handicap difference is required, the higher
handicap player may lose no more than three (3) strokes to conform to the 8-stroke course
handicap requirement.
